Food & Beverage Concessions

WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR 2026. Please provide your details for consideration for the 2027 show.

Food and drink are an essential part of the Stokesley Show, we are this year inviting enquiries from catering outlets and bar operators to register their interest for a stand at the Show via email.

Whether you’re a pizza stand, or a seafood stand, all are welcome to apply; all must have the relevant health and safety certificates. Please include as much detail as possible and photographs of your show set-up.

Perhaps you have specialist beers, or a prosecco bar or you do them all, we would like to hear from you. All sellers of alcohol must hold a private license to operate and will be subject to our premises licence.

We usually have a large crowd of 20,000 in the day, so if you want to tender don’t delay – if successful, we will be in touch regarding the various paperwork we require etc.
