All “Members” must be named individually. Each named member must have their own email address and set up a separate GoCardless account and Direct Debit, even if they live in the same household as another named member.

Once you’ve emailed us, you’ll receive an invitation to create a GoCardless account. This will be used to collect the annual membership fee via direct debit, starting in May each year.

Member’s Guests in ADDITION to the above named Member.

Notes :

1. Subscriptions will be collected annually by Direct Debit in early May.
2. If you join after May, payment will be required via BACS/Cheque/Cash, the annual Direct Debit will then commence the following May.
3. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18. People under 18 can enjoy show day benefits through a Junior Member’s Guest ticket.
4. Each named Member may purchase as many Member’s Guest passes as they wish,
5. Member’s Guests enjoy the same show-day benefits as named Members on show day, but they do not have voting rights at the AGM.
