As the Stokesley Show plans continue, we know our visitors often have a lot of questions about the show.

Tickets

Volunteers
If just attending the show isnt enough for you, you can also come and join our Volunteers team and be part of the show.

Competitors
If you are planning to enter one of our competition classes this year, then you need to head to our Competitors page (Please note 2026 schedules are still being finalised, but we will let you know when they are open for entries)
When LIVE, you will find the full range of classes you can enter and each schedule holds the details of the specifics of the class and how to enter.
We have also created a separate Children’s Classes dedicated page and these entries are currently open for the 2026 show. You can find out how to enter directly.
All classes deadline is 5th September for ALL CLASSES every year!
Entries and payment for all classes (with the exception of Children’s) are to be made online through the Showing Scene system
The Showing timetable and Judges list will be available within the schedule once live.
The Dairy and Handicraft marquee will still enter at Gate 3 but their position is now next to the Children’s marquee.
Traders
If you are a business interested in trading at the Stokesley Show, then we would ask you to read all the information on our Traders page. Here we have forms to online and/or download with all the prices and requirement information, once completed, our TRADE team can liaise directly with you regarding the pitches available. We still have availability for 2026.

Caterers
For the 2026 show, we can report that we are full for catering and bar concessions, so we cannot accept any further businesses this year, but please email us and we can add you to our review list for 2027.
Membership
Got a question about your existing membership, or you would like to join the Agricultural Society in 2026, then please head to our Members page, where you can provide details online or download the form and we can process your request in time for the show.
