We’re thrilled to welcome back Kath Breckon, award-winning Food Development Manager for NYES Catering at North Yorkshire Council, to Stokesley Show this September for a live food demonstration celebrating the very best of local produce.
Award-Winning Expertise
Kath is professionally, locally trained and brings extensive experience across both the private and public sectors, with a particular specialism in education catering. As an education ambassador, she’s passionate about sourcing local produce, championing regional suppliers, and promoting a true farm-to-fork approach that supports sustainability, communities, and Yorkshire’s rich food heritage.
Feeding Future Generations
With a strong focus on creating high-quality, cost-effective menus, Kath is dedicated to maximising ingredient value, all with a genuine commitment to feeding future generations well. She regularly contributes to food festivals and culinary showcases, often highlighting the best of local land and sea, and is delighted to be part of Seafest, celebrating Yorkshire’s seafood and showcasing the role education catering plays in our region’s food story.
