Let us introduce – Rob Green
Rob Green is a seafood specialist chef with over 30 years experience. A former national Seafood Chef of the Year and currently a UK chef ambassador for Seafish.
Rob and his wife Emma ran the multi-award-winning restaurant Green’s of Whitby for 15 years before Rob embarked on his chef consultant role, providing services such as recipe and product development.
And a warm welcome to Esther Veerman
A captivating chef, who will take everyone on a culinary adventure into the world of game. Her deepest love is her gundogs, the wind blowing in her hair, and a taste of the wild. She brings class to wellies and waterproofs!
Born into a shooting family Esther soon established a good grounding in game, under the watchful eyes of some sporting and culinary legends.
With an extraordinary understanding of flavours and textures make Esther’s dishes world-class.
What takes her to the next level however, is that Esther has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of how game is produced and harvested, and the health and ethical benefits to eating game.
Esther’s warm and enchanting style nurtures and entertains, resulting in an easy confidence to bring game into everyone’s repertoire through deeper understanding and skills.
