Our lineup is the crème de la crème of local, regional chefs and food experts ready to share their skills and top tips on show day.
This is our lineup and we will be sharing the chefs food history and bios on our blogs and social media over the next few weeks.

12.00pm – Jon Appleby & team – Executive Chef – il mulino, Stokesley
1.00pm – Chris Hobson. Head Chef – The View restaurant, Delmont Hotel, Scarborough
2.00pm – Jon Appleby Executive Chef- The Mill, Stokesley
3.00pm – Kath Breckon – Development Chef North Yorkshire Council
