We are excited to announce another local chef to our Stokesley Show Food Theatre for 2022.
Welcome to Jason Moore who has had a fantastic career across the North East and North Yorkshire’s best establishments.
Jason started his training at Kirby College and trained at the Hilton on Park Lane whilst in his time there, he went through the ranks from Commis up to Sous Chef as the restaurant achieved 4 Rosettes.
Returning to the North East, Jason was Sous at Judges and promoted to Head Chef within 18 months, he has gone on to be Head Chef at Gisborough Hall, Wynyard Hall, The Durham Ox and Group Executive Chef at Provenance Inns & Hotels.
Jason now is Head Chef of The G&Tea House situated on Angrove Park, which is an up and coming Leisure Resorts park with both Holiday Lodges and Holiday Home Ownership based just outside Great Ayton.
Jason’s favourite thing about being a chef is creating dishes that people enjoy and getting guests to try different foods and flavours. His biggest achievement is he is very proud to have cooked for many members of the Royal Family and most notably Princess Diana.
We can’t wait to see what he ‘cooks up’ at this year’s show. Keep your eyes peeled for our demo times!
