Craft & Trade Entries
Applications for a trade stand or craft stand begin here, just go to the relevant CRAFT OR TRADE pages and complete the relevant form and either email or post and let the process begin.
Stokesley Show this year will have an array of trade and craft stands, we aim to provide something for everyone, from a new tractor or car, choice of a new school for your children or perhaps a log burner to keep you warm in those winter months.
Maybe you would like somewhere to invest your savings, buy a tree for future generations to enjoy or simply a plant for that cottage garden we all desire.
We have food to taste and gins to take away, sweets for all and not forgetting our pets. Handmade crafts and items not seen before, so if you have something you feel would add to the show apply today or simply come to the show and shop!!!

The closing date every year for entries is the 29th August. All relevant paperwork will be sent out in September.
The Children’s Section
Here at Stokesley Show we have a proud association with the Schools of the area, we receive over 1800 entries in some 54 classes, these include over 400 entries from individual children who put together their entries at home. Complete your individual or school entry form on the Competitors page and return.
We have classes for everyone from under 5 years up to 16 years of age on show day. The classes on offer give the opportunity for everyone to enter a class within their age group. Maybe your child has a talent for painting, making a model, baking, handwriting or one of the many other classes available, there is something for everyone whatever your talent.
Please enter and become a part of Stokesley Show, there are trophies to be won and prize money for every top 3 entries in each class, together with a winning prize card.
Complete your individual or school entry form on the Competitors page and return. Entries to this section are free, so come on let your children’s talent shine.
The closing date for entries is the 2nd September every year.

Stokesley Show to go ahead for 2022
We would like to confirm that Stokesley Show is going ahead on Saturday 17th September. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was an avid supporter of agriculture, and we aim to continue this legacy. Long live King Charles III.

How do I find entry closing dates for competitive classes?
This information can be found in the Competitors section, where the entry closing date is listed. Schedules and Entry Forms are also available for download from these pages.
Are there any changes to the judges for 2023?
Currently, no changes. Any updates will be on the admin page of the site or we will announce on our news page.
Will parking be available?
Relevant parking passes will be sent out according to your entry status.
Will I receive my prize money on the day?
All prize money will be paid out on the day by the respective Stewards or from the Secretary’s office.

Can I arrange products to be delivered to the showground?
Please refer to the ADMIN page for all details of the Show Secretary and Committee members.
Can I have an electrical hook up for my site?
Yes you may request an electrical supply on your stand; you can request this on your Trade/Craft form, available from the exhibitor downloads section on our website. If you are unsure whether you have requested this facility, please contact the Show Secretary.
What are you doing about recycling?
All our rubbish is taken away to be recycled externally.
What is the address of the showground?
Stokesley Showground, Stokesley. The post code for sat navigations is TS9 5JL.
