From tiny bakers to budding artists — there’s a class for every child, and it’s completely free to enter.
We are so proud of our long-standing connection with local schools, and every year the response from children and families across the area is absolutely brilliant. With over 1,800 entries across 54 classes — more than 400 of which are put together by children at home — Stokesley Show’s children’s section is one of the most loved parts of the whole event.
Whether your little one is five years old or heading towards sixteen, there’s a class designed just for their age group. We’ve worked hard to make sure every child has something to enter — no matter what they love doing.
Something for every child — whatever their talent, whatever their age!
Does your child love getting their hands covered in paint? Do they disappear into the kitchen to bake? Are they the kind of kid who can build a model out of anything? Maybe they have the neatest handwriting you’ve ever seen. Whatever it is that makes your child light up — there’s very likely a class for it at Stokesley Show.

And here’s the really great news — entry is completely free. We believe every child deserves the chance to take part, so there are no barriers, no entry fees, just brilliant young talent on display.
There are trophies to be won, prize money for the top three entries in every class, and a winning prize card to take home — something to treasure long after show day!
