We are delighted to welcome our final cookery expert for the day – Kate Breckon.
Kate has an excellent pedigree of cookery knowledge and now resides with North Yorkshire Council as its resident development Chef.
With over 30 years of catering experience within both the private and public sectors. Kath’s passion for all things educational catering will showcase recipes that are nutritious, easy to make but also budget-friendly. Each with their own hints and tips on food wastage, recipe adjustment and allergens.

Kath is also an across brand ambassador for Unilever Food Solutions for Education, taking her around the UK to various events, an accolade that still feels very surreal but one she is very honoured to do.
